Hiroaki Imashuku
After graduating from Keio University, he joined Mazda Motor Corporation in 1987, developing foundational marketing expertise in the Product Planning Department. In 1992, he moved to Hakuhodo Inc., where he worked for 29 years as a marketing planner and strategic planning director, handling branding and advertising strategies across a wide range of industries.
In particular, he oversaw major accounts including U-CAN, ENEOS, and Suzuki, contributing to account growth of approximately 20 billion yen per year.
From 2007, he served as creative director at TBWA Hakuhodo. He led strategic and creative development for global brands such as Starbucks and BOSE in the Japanese market, establishing strong market positions through successful account development.
At the end of August 2020, he took early retirement from Hakuhodo and relocated to Higashiomi City, Shiga Prefecture. In 2021, he founded Step Out Marketing LLC, bringing major agency expertise to regional development while practicing new business models using generative AI.
Fusion of Generative AI × Behavioral Economics
Beyond simple tool implementation support, we combine marketing strategies cultivated at Hakuhodo with 'Nudge Theory (Behavioral Economics)' and generative AI to uniquely design and provide 'AI Business Engines'—mechanisms that actually generate revenue and foster teamwork in the field.
