Cancellation & Refund	Refund Policy Up to 7 days before the event: Full refund 6-3 days before the event: 50% refund 2 days before the event onwards: No refund In case of cancellation by organizer: Full refund Cancellation & Refund Procedure (via Peatix) If you wish to cancel, please contact us through the contact form or email (info@step-out.jp). After the organizer approves the cancellation, we will process the cancellation on Peatix. Peatix will initiate the refund process (may take several days to a week). Refunds will be processed according to your payment method (credit card, convenience store/ATM, etc.). ※ On Peatix, participants cannot process cancellations/refunds themselves. You must contact the organizer. Notes: • May be substituted with recorded data • Refund fees are borne by the customer (¥340 for credit card payments after 50 days, ¥330 transaction fee not refunded for convenience store/ATM payments) • Refund processing may take several days to a week

・We will send you the Zoom URL by the day before the event. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
・Seminars will be recorded, but will be shared only with participants.
・If you cannot attend on the day, we will send you the recorded data if you contact us in advance.
